By purchasing a ticket or confirming a booking, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Arrival and Departure
Participants must arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled sailing time.
The boat will depart at exactly 1:00 PM. Late participants will not be waited for and will not be entitled to a refund.
Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable after the booking has been confirmed.
A refund may only be provided if the trip is cancelled by the Organizer.
Schedule and Operational Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the trip time, route, activities, or location, or to postpone or cancel the trip due to weather conditions, sea conditions, operational requirements, security concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Safety Instructions
All participants must follow the safety instructions issued by the boat crew and trip staff.
The Organizer may remove or refuse the participation of anyone who violates safety instructions or puts themselves, other participants, or crew members at risk. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Marine Activities and Personal Responsibility
Participation in swimming, snorkeling, parasailing, and other marine activities is undertaken at the participant’s own responsibility.
Participants must disclose any medical condition, injury, medication, or other circumstance that could affect their ability to safely participate.
Identification Requirements
All participants must carry their original valid national identification document or present a valid digital ID through the Absher or Tawakkalna application when requested.
Travel and Legal Restrictions
The Organizer is not responsible if a participant is refused boarding due to a travel ban, suspension of government services, expired identification, or any other legal or regulatory restriction.
A participant refused boarding for any such reason will not be entitled to a refund.
Prohibited Items
Participants must not carry hazardous, prohibited, illegal, or restricted materials, or any items that violate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Personal Belongings
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip.
Photography and Media Consent
Participants acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the trip.
By participating, they consent to Wave6Wave using such photographs and recordings for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes.
Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets may not be resold or transferred to another person without prior written approval from the Organizer.
Conduct and Environmental Responsibility
Participants must comply with applicable laws, respect public order, protect the facilities, and preserve the marine environment.
Anyone who causes damage through misconduct or violation of instructions will be responsible for the resulting loss or damage.
Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to protect participants, improve safety, and maintain the quality of trip operations.
2. Fishing Trips
Acceptance of Terms
Purchasing a ticket or confirming a booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Arrival and Departure
Participants must arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled trip time.
The trip will depart at the scheduled time without waiting for late participants.
Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable after booking confirmation, except when the Organizer cancels the trip.
Weather and Operational Changes
The Organizer may change the trip schedule or route, postpone the trip, or cancel it due to weather, sea, operational, security, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Safety Requirements
Participants must follow all safety instructions issued by the crew and must wear a life jacket whenever instructed.
The Organizer may remove any participant who violates instructions or endangers passengers or crew members. No refund will be provided.
Identification Requirements
Participants must carry their original valid national ID or present a valid digital ID through Absher or Tawakkalna when requested.
Legal Restrictions
The Organizer is not responsible if a participant cannot join the trip because of a travel ban, suspension of government services, expired identification, or another legal or regulatory restriction.
No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
Fishing Regulations
Participants must comply with all fishing laws, environmental regulations, and instructions applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Catching protected or prohibited species, or violating applicable fishing restrictions, is strictly prohibited.
Protection of the Marine Environment
Throwing rubbish, pollutants, or harmful materials into the sea is prohibited.
All participants must help preserve the marine environment.
Personal Belongings
Participants remain fully responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Photography and Media Consent
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the trip.
Participants consent to their use by Wave6Wave for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets may not be transferred or resold without prior approval from the Organizer.
Amendments
The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary to maintain participant safety and the quality of trip operations.
3. Diving, Freediving, and Snorkeling Activities
Acceptance of Terms
Purchasing a ticket or confirming a booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The activity will begin at the specified time.
Safety Instructions
Participants must follow all instructions issued by instructors, guides, safety personnel, and crew members throughout the activity.
Proper Use of Equipment
Diving, freediving, and snorkeling equipment must be used correctly and only in accordance with the instructions provided by the safety team.
Misuse of equipment is prohibited.
Medical Disclosure
Participants must disclose any medical condition, injury, medication, or health-related circumstance that could affect their safety during the activity.
Alcohol and Prohibited Substances
Participation while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any substance that affects awareness, judgment, coordination, or physical ability is strictly prohibited.
Marine Environmental Protection
Participants must protect the marine environment.
Touching, removing, collecting, or damaging coral reefs or marine organisms is prohibited. Disposing of rubbish or pollutants in the sea is also prohibited.

Right to Refuse or Stop Participation
The Organizer may refuse, suspend, or terminate the participation of any person whose health, physical condition, conduct, or failure to follow instructions could endanger themselves or others.
No refund will be provided in such cases.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
All participants must comply with the laws and regulations issued by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as all safety regulations governing diving, freediving, and snorkeling activities.
Weather and Operational Changes
The Organizer may modify the activity time or location, postpone the activity, or cancel it because of weather, sea, safety, or operational conditions.
Such decisions will be made with the safety of all participants as the primary consideration.
